Communion, restricted or unrestricted...

How many kinds are there? I suggest 8 possibilities below (mostly related to Baptist churches), but there may be others. I suggest that almost all communion in Christian-denominated churches is restricted -- the disagreement is on how much to restrict it.

1. Unrestricted; anyone who wishes to participate may do so, regardless of their religious, secular or philosophical beliefs.
2. Restricted to those who consider themselves Christians.
3. Restricted to those whom the church considers Christians.
4. Restricted to those who have been baptized.
5. Restricted to those who have been baptized upon profession of faith.
6. Restricted to those who have been baptized upon profession of faith by a Baptist church/minister/etc.
7. Restricted to those who have been baptized upon profession of faith by a Baptist church and are members in good standing of a church of like faith and order.
8. Restricted to those who are members in good standing of the local church observing the ordinance.
