Baptist and Unashamed

I have yet to find a “baptist” church that is ashamed of the “Baptist” label that is strong on Baptist distinctives. Most are as weak as dishwater when it comes to their doctrine and ecclesiology. How is it not dishonest and unethical to have the attitude “We’re a Baptist church, just don’t tell anybody??” If you hold to Baptist doctrine, then be proud to hold to these Biblical standards. If you don’t, then disassociate with the Baptists altogether.
