I have made some effort to identify G. T. Taylor, who wrote The Scriptural Plan of Doing Mission Work, September 1950. Gilbert Thomas Taylor of Van Zandt and Wood Counties seems the best prospect so far. More work needs to be done to connect him to Vernon Barr, Baptists in 1950 who believe in direct missions, etc.
