DST - reprise

"An Act to preserve daylight and provide standard time for the United States" was enacted on March 19, 1918.

Anyone know the source/author of this below?

Not at the River Jordan
But in the flowing stream,
Stood John the Baptist dipping
When he baptized Him.
John was a Baptist preacher,
When he baptized the Lamb;
Then Jesus was a Baptist,
And thus the Baptists came.

my question is after christ was baptized... does he became a baptizer also?

When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John, (Though Jesus himself baptized not, but his disciples,)

My opinion, based on John 4:1-2, is that Jesus Christ did not personally baptize, but that His disciples did. Some interpret it to mean that He personally only baptized the twelve.

John the Baptist did say that Jesus would baptize with the Holy Spirit and with fire. See Matthew 3:11, for example.

I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire
