"Ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein."
And to think this was a common practice in days gone by. Perhaps the F.D.A. was fishing for an excuse to get involved with something they thought vital. The fact this was an Amish farm probably added to the publicity aspect they hoped to achieve. If the F.D.A just cannot resist at showing authority, why not enforce stricter codes and guidelines at public eating facilities? I know there have been periodic accounts of businesses having to close, but not nearly enough, I am afraid. It has been said if one could take a tour of the backrooms at random eateries, they would never want to frequent one again.
