Editions and printings of Our Authorized Bible Vindicated

For better or worse, Our Authorized Bible Vindicated by Benjamin George Wilkinson is something of a lightning rod in the Bible versions debate. Wilkinson, Dean of Theology at Washington Missionary College, wrote this defense of the Authorized (or King James) Bible in 1930 due to the denominational promotion of the American Standard Version of the Bible amongst the Seventh-day Adventists. Because of the place it holds in the Bible versions debates (though not always accurately and honestly portrayed), I thought it worthwhile to try to gather a list of editions and printings of Our Authorized Bible Vindicated. This is a start, based on two books I have, what is listed at WorldCat.org, and printings for sale or otherwise mentioned online. I decided to also include electronic versions I found. If you know of additions or corrections, please let me know.
