Do not be ignorant

At least six times in his epistles, Paul said he would not leave his readers in ignorance about something:

• Do not be ignorant of the providential labors of the apostle (Romans 1:13).
• Do not be ignorant of the mystery of Israel and the Gentiles (Romans 11:25).
• Do not be ignorant of the deliverance of the Jews from Egypt (1 Corinthians 10:1).
• Do not be ignorant of spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:1).
• Do not be ignorant of the suffering and trials of life (2 Corinthians 1:8).
• Do not be ignorant of death and resurrection for the Christian (1 Thessalonians 4:13).
